1 Right click on your desktop screen and click on Personalize.
2 On the right side of your screen, click on Change desktop icons.
3 The desktop icon settings window pops up. Now uncheck the recycle bin option.
4 Click OK to see your recycle bin Disappear!
5 You can also change the recycle bin icon. Click on the icon and select Change icon.

Removing the Recycle bin through the Windows Registry :
Caution: Before editing or changing anything in the Microsoft Windows Registry it's recommended that you backup the Registry.
Click Start, Run, and type regedit and press enter.
Navigate to the below registry location.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace
Find and delete the below registry key.
{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}
